that ppl who's at 17, can drive and get their licenses . issit true?

pls dont give me too much hope .
you know how much i crave to drive a car . haha

well, not much really . im afraid that i might kill someone O.0
but to be able to drive, i dont have to disturb my mom or my frens to drive me to the places i wanna go .
